What is the replationship between the sweep time with the sampletime (Timing) and samples (Resolution) under the Setting Control?

If I have the frequency bandwidth of 4Mhz, and samples to 400, will I get the signal measurement at every 10Khz step? Further, if I have the sampletime at 1000ms, will I get a sweep time of 400s?
