I am suddenly having trouble using my Spectran V5 when using the RTSA software. It is failing to connect to the software, and giving me an error message that the "Block is in a critical state". It is also telling me that my firmware is "too old" though I just updated my firmware. Also, when I updated the firmware last week, for some reason it showed July of 2016 as the date of the firmware during the update.

The current firmware version 4.588 is available at https://aaronia.com/de/support/downloads#v5
Please ensure that that version is actually installed on your Spectran V5.
