Hi,
just completed a fresh MCS intallation, but my laptop (running windows 10) does not seem to recognize the device. I tried to clean the drivers and reinstall them several times, with the same results. Also tried to install the latest driver version from the FTDI site, but nothing different...
Any suggestions?

Try on a other PC and Windows to check if the hardware is OK or if it is a SW problem.

Hi,
tested on a windows 7 computer (fresh installation) and it is working fine there.
Any suggestions?

So far we cant verrify this problem. All Windows 10 PCs (customers and within our lab) run fine with the driver and our software.
