if i used this configuration:
FreqStart=100M
FreqStop=200M
RSB=1M
VBW=1M
USBMEAS=1

How many point should i recieved ?, i mean the number of frequency point?

So estimate would be ~200 samples per sweep, unless the SweepFrequencyPoints variable sets a higher value.

200 sample per sweep ! is that means that we should have 200*16bytes=3200bytes !!
can the FTDI driver support that number, to send data to my own soft??
