We have a HF-60105 v4 and a BicoLOG 20100E.
We have sucessfully observed signals at the higher end (940Mhz for GSM) but aren't able to observe any signals at the lower end. FM Radio range. Should we not be able to see peaks in the 87.5Mhz to 108Mhz range?
Perhaps we have not configured the MCS software correctly? or we are expecting signals where we will not see them? Does anyone have recommended settings we could try?

You would need an antenna with enough gain in that frequency range otherwise you will see nothing at all (please note that the included HyperLOG antenna works from 680MHz up so its doesn't cover the FM frequency range).
You should also attach the internal preamp AND attach the UBBV2 preamp to get enough gain in that frequency range, please see diagram at viewtopic.php?f=31&t=703

So your saying that the BicoLOG 20100E doesn't have enough gain in this range? I have the internal pre amp on with optionns 002 and 020. Surely we should see somthing in the FM range with this set up?

That just depends on the power of the FM transmitter. If this is too low, you would need to add option 022 (UBBV2) which gives you an extra 40dB gain or you have to use the new active X BicoLOG antenna series (offers 40dB more gain than the regular BicoLOG).
