Swan Mobile licence:  setting up and operation of a fixed/nomad point-to-multibod electronic communications network within the specified 3,5 GHz section and provision of electronic access communication services to the end-user to the public electronic communications network factoring and forfaiting within the scope of free trade. 

Setting up and operation of a fixed public wireless telecommunications network via FWA/Fidex Wireless Access/ technology in the specified 26 GHz section and provision of public telecommunications services over that network.
