Dear Aaronia Team,

I am trying to run a Spectran HF-4060 device. Unfortunately I do not know the version - I believe it was purchased in 2012. When I try to connect it to my Win 10 PC I can not get the MSC to discover it. It is listed as a device with a problem in my device manager, where, under device properties -> events tab I find the following message:

Device USB\VID_0403&PID_E8D8\Unit1 had a problem starting.
