I have Spectran HF60105 and NF5035.

Both are working in same conditions with original power supply and USB cable connected to PC.
NF5035 sometimes turns off by its own. It can happen on cold start, after hours of continuous work.
USB cable and power supply of both devices are the same, I tryed switching between them but same result - NF5035 still turns off.
After turning NF5035 it works normally.

HF60105 has more powerful battery (selected by option when ordering), while NF5035 has standard.

Any ideas why my NF5035 turns off automatically without notifications? Devices are working in very good conditions under room temperature.

Thanks in advance.

This is a typical ESD problem. To solve it you would need to use an ESD protection filter or a ESD power plug where your computer, monitor etc. should be connected to.
We have some on stock (99,95 Euros) if you can't get a local source.

I tried to search over the internet anything with keywords ESD power plug, but was unable to find any relevant matches.

Are there any alternative names/keywords? Where can I find specifications of device that you are offering?
